You can apply funds to your student fees using:
If a third party agent is paying your fees, (eg. a government sponsorship program) submit a sponsorship letter to student receivables.
Excess funds will be returned to the sponsor. Money for books, off-campus housing etc. should be sent directly to the student's bank account.
If you are receiving funding from the university that is greater than your tuition and general fees, you may be eligible for a payment plan to pay in installments. Apply before the fee payment deadline.
You can print a payment receipt from your Student Centre under “My Financials” then "Receipts".

The Faculty of Graduate Studies office is open from 9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday to Friday. You can also contact FGS using a virtual reception service between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
