Office hours and virtual reception
The Graduate Student Services team offers services in person, virtually and by phone from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MT, Monday through Friday.

Use the drop-in queue to meet with us in person, online, or by phone.
- In person (MT 230): When you arrive at our office, scan the QR code or use the link below to join the queue. Select "In-Person" when asked, "How would you like to meet?"
- Online: Use the link below to join our virtual reception. Select "Online" when asked, "How would you like to meet?"
- By phone: Use the link below and select "By Phone" when asked, "How would you like to meet?"
Important: You can begin joining the drop-in queue at 8:45 a.m. MT. If a staff member becomes available before 9:30 a.m., we will notify you through the status page.
Appointments are available by request for select topics. To view available appointment times, use the booking link below and select "Graduate Student Services Team" under Book Appointment.
