Confirmation of registration letter
Confirmation of Registration Letters prove you are enrolled at UCalgary. They are used to confirm registration, program of study, academic standing, course load and/or fee assessments.
Order your Confirmation of Registration Letter
You can order letters through your Student Centre by following these steps.
Log in to your Student Centre
Log in to your Student Centre account, click the Program & Advising Info tile, select Student Letters and submit your request.
Wait to receive an email notification
Wait to receive an email notification from MyCreds™ when your letters are ready to be shared.
Log in to MyCreds™
Log in to your secure account on the MyCreds™ Learner Portal with your UCalgary username and password.
Pay to View
Pay to view your letter for unlimited shares during the “pay to view” access period.
Government student loans
A Confirmation of Registration letter is not sufficient for government student loans. If you need confirmation for government student loans, please visit the registrar for instructions.
