Health Services Quality Improvement
The HSQI Lab adopts an interdisciplinary approach to measuring, evaluating, and implementating quality improvement metrics for health system transformation. Metrics include patient satisfaction and experience, wait times, health resource utilization, patient outcomes, and economic implications.
Psychometric Tool Development
This involves the development of patient reported outcome measures ensuring validity, reliability, and usefullness.
Consensus methods for health research and clinical pathway development
Utilization of consensus methods like the Delphi technique to synthesize expert opinions and achieve agreement on complex issues, especially when evidence is limited or contradictory.
