LePing Li, PhD, PEng
PhD in applied mechanics, Ben-Gurion University / IsraelPostdoc in biomechanics, Polytechnique Montréal / Canada

Areas of Research
Biomechanics of tissues and joints; Applied solid mechanics
My research focuses on computer modelling of mechanical systems including biological systems that mainly perform mechanical functions. My recent studies include constitutive modelling of articular cartilage and human knee joints. Their poromechanical and viscoelastic responses are investigated. I am also working on pipe-soil interaction.
