Feedback in medical education
My doctoral studies focused on developing a pattern system of feedback in medical education and I am not doing further work to provide validity evidence and demonstrate the utility of this pattern system in health professions education, in particular in PGME and post-certification education.

Pattern inquiry
I have collaborated with Dr. Rachel Ellaway to develop a concrete example of pattern inquiry in medical education by creating a pattern system for feedback. I look forward to continuing this collaboration in the future, potentially extending it to other areas of health professions education research.
