Dr. Brindle's research lab, EQuIS explores Equity, Quality, Innovation, and Safety in Health Systems and creates and studies tools and strategies that help teams improve performance and deliver optimal and equitable care for children and adults. The lab develops tools using human-centered design and knowledge syntheses and uses quantitative and qualitative data to understand, develop, and evaluate these tools.
