For students who live in affected areas, it’s extremely difficult to be faced with such an impactful crisis in your community, while also preparing for the upcoming fall term. Please prioritize you, your family and loved ones at this time. UCalgary is here to support you when you need to talk about things like coming to campus, your well-being, classes, financial support or housing.
We're here to support you during this challenging time.
UCalgary staff can assist you in a number of ways as you cope with the uncertainty and concern that we understand you may be facing.
If you already have a spot secured in residence and require an early move-in, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and you’ll be assigned a temporary room until you can move into your official room on your original, pre-booked move-in date.
Program and advising support
Undergraduate students with questions or uncertainty about registering for courses or starting their programs will be asked to reach out to the advisers in their home faculty. Incoming first-year students can also discuss their situations with New Student Registration Assistance.
Graduate students with questions or uncertainty about registration or program start should reach out to their program office or email email@example.com.
Every student at UCalgary is an important member of our community — we are concerned about you, and we are here to support you. Please reach out if you need to. If you have any other questions, you can contact the Vice-Provost (Student Experience) at firstname.lastname@example.org.
