As a student, it is important to get the most out of your university experience. Joining a club is an excellent way to acquire new skills or expand on ones you already have. Clubs play an active role in developing essential skills that apply to all students such as communication, time management and collaboration, to name a few. There are many clubs specific to each faculty to build on your skills outside of the classroom and to apply your knowledge in a completely new setting! To start a club, students will need to be unique in name and mandate, have at least 20 initial members, present membership opportunities, and exist to promote the general welfare of students on campus.
