Schmeelk Canada Fellowship
The Ken Taylor Fellowship is offered to francophone Canadians who wish to broaden their geographic and cultural horizons.

Preparing your application
You are encouraged to apply for awards when you have submitted your admissions application and received your University of Calgary student number (UCID). You are not required to meet the eligibility requirements in the terms of reference of an award when you apply, but if successful, you must meet the eligibility requirements at the time the award is paid.

Transcripts
You must attach official transcripts from each institution that you have attended. High quality electronic copies of your transcripts will be accepted as long as they are provided by the University of Calgary Awards Office.
Send an email to gsaward@ucalgary.ca indicating ‘Schmeelk transcripts_your last name’ in the subject line. In the body of the email, include:
- your full name
- University of Calgary student ID number
- Statement that you are a graduate student at the University of Calgary (no official documentation is required)
- your program
- list all your transcripts from every post-secondary institution you have attended (Ensure the University has your most recent and complete transcripts.
The Graduate Scholarship Office will compile all your listed transcripts from your UCalgary Student File and format them into one file. We will email the PDF file to you by March 25 so that you can submit your full application by the April 1 application deadline. If you have not received your transcripts by March 26, please contact gsaward@ucalgary.ca
It is your responsibility to ensure the transcripts attached here are correct, complete, legible once uploaded and in the correct format. Review the final version of your online application before it is submitted.
